Welcome!

We only live once so why not make the most of it?! Endeavor to discover something new everyday, no matter how big or small. I hope you enjoy my experiences off the beaten path and can use some of the info I’ve provided along the way!

  • Time Commitment: We rented our golf cart for 2 hours. This was the perfect amount of time for us. Didn't feel too short or too long.

  • MISC:

    • We were able to walk-in and rent a cart on the spot. But if you want to be safe, you can book a cart in advance via their website which is provided below under “resources”.

    • A valid drivers license and matching credit card is required to rent. You also MUST have auto insurance although you do not need to bring it with you when you come in.

    • Map provided. You can drive on most streets on the Island except for the Coronado Bay Bridge and Silver Strand Highway.

Amongst all the wonderful things we did while visiting Coronado Island, one of the most unique and fun activities we experienced was renting a golf cart from Coronado Golf Carts. Completely street-legal and driving up to 25mph, it was an absolutely thrilling driving around Coronado as if it were a city-sized go-cart course. These carts are super practical too, since you’ll be able to squeeze into parking spots that most cars can’t. And if you’ve ever visited, you know how precious (and limited) the parking can get on a busy weekend. So consider giving it a try if you ever find yourself in town. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
